Training Programmes

It is very important that your programme should be tailored to what you enjoy best. When you enjoy what you are doing and see results, you will find it easy to maintain a routine to achieve your goals.

I will encourage you to go that bit further but will never push you past your safety zone. It is my job to train you to use your body efficiently and safely and show you how to get the most out of it to help you become the best that you can be.

Training modes

  • Body weight exercise, Weight lifting with free weights or bar, Dyna bands, tubing, BOSU, weighted balls
  • Fitball, step, yoga, power walking, jogging, combination of both, indoor aerobic, circuit training outside, your favourite sport (e.g. tennis), any ball work, skipping rope, salsa dance or chair work
  • Balance work on Fitball, BOSU, and other unstable surfaces
  • Traditional stretch, assisted stretch, yoga stretch
  • Nutritional education and evaluation, diet planning, suggested menus
